From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond, assisting me in locating my lost ID card with genuine care-something that truly made my experience exceptional. The room was spacious, featuring a lovely terrace that offered a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. I also appreciated the ironing facilities, which made it easy to keep my clothes looking sharp throughout my stay. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic stay in Durres.
